David Ferrari, VMD
Chief of Staff
I owe my start in veterinary medicine to Dr. Victor Menghetti Sr. of Media Veterinary Hospital in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. He hired me for kennel work in 1976 while I was in college and I have been working exclusively in this profession since that time.
I am a 1979 graduate of Ursinus College and a 1985 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine.
I moved to the Lehigh Valley after graduating from veterinary school and began my professional career at Lehigh Valley Animal Hospital. In 1997, along with Dr. Barbara Gregory, I purchased the Allentown and Bethlehem offices of Lehigh Valley Animal Hospital and later added a third office in Coopersburg. Our mission is to provide the highest quality veterinary health care for our clients’ beloved pets in a professional manner with a compassionate, personal touch. I believe our clients and friends trust us and recognize our dedication because they have voted us the Who’s Who veterinary practice in the Lehigh Valley.
Primarily, I am scheduled at our Bethlehem office where I enjoy internal medicine and a wide variety of surgeries, including orthopedics. I am currently a member of the Advisory Board for the cooperative Veterinary Technician Program at Lehigh County Community College and Northampton County Community College. I spend my free time at home and traveling with my family and coaching youth soccer.
Dr. Ferrari currently practices primarily at our Bethlehem office.
