Bath, PA Location Closing for Business on November 29, 2024
As of November, 29, 2024, Lehigh Valley Animal Hospital at the Bath, PA location only, is permanently closing for business. Dr. Ferrari will be seeing patients until October 1, when he plans to retire. Dr. Tan will stay on and see appointments until November 29th. We will remain open for two weeks after to transfer medical records. We have loved caring for your pets over the last 55 years, and as our services come to a close, we are grateful to reflect on the heartwarming memories we have had with you.
If you need to obtain your pet’s records prior to November 29, 2024, please email us at lehighvalleybath@yourvetdoc.com and fill out our Veterinary Medical Release Form. Due to the volume of record requests we are receiving, please allow 7-10 business days for records to be emailed or picked up. We will be happy to email your pet's records and send them to another veterinarian of your choosing. We can also print the records and have them available for you to pick up.
Please rest assured that after November 29th, your pet's medical records will remain securely at Lehigh Valley Animal Hospital's Allentown location. If you plan to continue veterinary care for your pet at this location, you do not need to request your pet's medical records.
We will be offering refills according to the regulations that we must follow. If your pet is on long-term medications we will be speaking with the doctor directly to ensure we help you transition your pet's care.
